Johan possesses strong leadership skills, with extensive management experience across Building, Civil Engineering and Rail projects. His refined skills and expertise empowers Johan with a valuable approach to and understanding of, new business development, financial management principles, entrepreneurial with commercial acumen. Johan has created a results driven culture within the company.

Gavin trained as a Certified accountant in Essex after completing his Maths degree at Loughborough University. He worked in several accountancy practices across the home counties for 20 years providing accounts, personal tax, company tax, CIS and vat advice to businesses in all different industries including building and construction industry.
He joined Rhino in June 2018 and is enjoying his new role as Finance Director. Gavin is married to Anna who works in sixth form education and is also an opera singer. He played rugby for 30 years but is now a regular runner and is looking forward to completing the London Marathon in 2020.

Braam has over 20 years of experience in Construction, working on site-based roles and as a Contracts Manager before becoming a director in 2019. A truly hands-on director he is assiduous in Health and Safety standards and Construction Safety
He holds responsibility for strategic planning, leadership, managing estimating, quality and construction functions.
Crina Gabor is Administrative Manager at Rhino Commercial Limited. Crina started with Rhino in 2017 as an Office Assistant. Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including time sheets management, provide support to staff on ground, imputing jobs and staff details onto an in-house system, responding to all request by email and telephone, act as liaison between managers and staff on ground to ensure smooth operations.
She studied Engineering and Management in Public Nutrition and Agrotourism at the Faculty of Environmental Protection and graduated in 2014.
Outside of the office Crina is always looking to brush off her language skills over a coffee, enjoys a good book and time well spent in nature.
